Community Guidelines

Grapevine by Pruno Fund is a platform designed to allow exonerated individuals to come together and form their own communities. To make this a safe and inclusive place, we have the following community guidelines to outline what may or may not be posted on this application. These guidelines are our acceptable use policy. If you find content that should not be posted on Grapevine, please message an administrator or email grapevine@prunofund.org.

While we value diverse opinions and viewpoints, please be respectful.

  • Do not post any harassment, hate speech, bullying, or targeted attacks including discrimination for race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, age, or disability. This includes promoting any organization that espouses such views.
  • Do not post any content promoting illegal activity or containing defamatory or libelous statements.
  • Do not post anything that includes sexual content/nudity or extreme violence/gore/graphic images.
  • Do not impersonate any other person or organization.
  • Do not invade others’ privacy by posting anyone’s personal information including phone numbers, email addresses, or mailing addresses without their express consent.
  • Do not post any phishing links, scams, malware, or other spam.

In order to maintain the integrity of this community, content regarding commercial advertising or solicitation must:

  • Be relevant to exonerated individuals needs and concerns.
  • Disclose any relationship to the brand or organization.
  • Not spam or harass other users.

Posts or comments containing any violations of these guidelines will be deleted. Grapevine reserves the right to ban users for repeated violations.

If you have any questions or concerns about these guidelines, please contact us at grapevine@prunofund.org.

This is your community. Thank you for continuing to make this an inviting space for all members!
